Open layout with lots of options great equipment if they took care of it. Get what you pay for.
Crunch has both, you can lift with a trainer if you please, or workout solo. They have free weights going up to 110lb dumbbells, and professional racks for squatting and deadlifting. One of the best gyms for the price in my opinion.
