This is a great gym. Excellent classes for both fitness and martial arts with very motivational instructors. I'd recomend it to anyone. Their self defense curriculum is practical and well thought-out. It's got something for everyone. Update: I've trained here for so long that I work here now. This gym is the best!

Best CrossFit, best chili, best beards! They also offer self defense I haven't tried yet. I like that they truly care about proper form to reduce injury.

The Hybrid program at Endeavor has been life changing! Thank you coach Brooke, Ashley, Cecily, and Aaron for helping me to feel more secure after an attack downtown. I spent years extremely fearful of going almost anywhere alone. You all have given me the skills ins elf-defense to finally feel more comfortable on my own.
