You would expect at such a low price point for the facility to be in disarray, but it's very clean, and reasonably well maintained. It's about as busy as you could expect it to be during busy times, but there is still plenty of equipment to manage. Also, the staff is friendly without being annoying. My expectations were exceeded.

They have a hard time of keeping the locker room clean. Carpet needs to ne cleaned as well.

They can never open on time. They are supposed to open at 5am. On 9/7/22 and 9/8/22 nobody arrived to open the gym. By 5:20 I left and went to work early. There is a trainer that works at 5:30 pretty much everyday but I have to leave by 6 so a half hour workout isn’t enough. This place is a joke. It’s dirty, hot and smells terrible. If management would take some ownership and have managers come in and open the gym themselves at 5am that would help. The rare occasion they do open at 5am you walk in and it’s filthy. There are used paper towels everywhere and the place stinks. I think they turn the AC off at night to save money. PF is right down the street and are always open. Don’t waste your money on this dump.

It's an okay gym, great for intermediate gym goers but a lot of machines are broken- but I learned to use musclewiki to find alternative moves to replace with... and they aren't 24/hours. If they were 24/hours, it'd be a 4 honestly. Some people don't have work/life schedules that can accommodate a gym thats open 5am-10pm. I literally just go when I can, which isn't really enough for the membership fees I pay
