Tell the Verizon rep you want to speak with the termination department and they will do everything possible to lower your bill and keep you for going to sprint
Shop Comcast and negotiate with Verizon, if not switch.
Good luck. Verizon's been ripping me off for 20 years. They reserve the cheap prices for new customers. Messed up business model for real.
