Was told to return a device to a Verizon store. Was told by Duncan they won't accept it because it wasn't bought through there store. Seems ridiculous as I was told by Verizon to do this. Verizon in general seems to not have their act together. To be fair to Duncan, he contacted his or a boss which said they don't or can't accept it if it wasn't purchased through that store even though as far as I can tell it's Verizon owned and they are Verizon employees so I don't know why it would matter especially when Verizon told me to go to one of their stores to return it. I finally reached someone by phone at Verizon that is supposedly sending me a return label. Regardless of who is at fault I wouldn't go to this store based on the fact that I truly felt they could care less and they told me to take it to Fed Ex next door to return to sender which was just a waste of my time as it was already opened and that is exactly what Fed Ex told me.

Terrible greeting and being hospitable if I can give this place -100 million minuses I would. Terrible greeting and being courteous. I remember now why I wasn't here for over 7 to 8 years. The people here are rude, adamant like they don't want to help you. These people need people skills Need to go back and learn good people etiquette. I am calling corporate. I hate when people act like they know it all but look so dam dumb. Never again will I enter into this place again.

Worse experience ever even with the store manager. I received a replacement phone and told them on the phone I'm not techy and would need assistance. Response no problem take your phone to the store they will assist you. No one welcomed or talked to customers you had to ask to be placed into the system. Finally after 45 min someone assisted me. Half my old phone items weren't there. Manager came over and told me to be patient and the sales person left. The manager stated he would be stocking but if I had questions he would assist. First if you are a manager why are you stocking and not assisting your customers. The individuals that pay for your salary. Well my items weren't transfering he said they had bad Wi-Fi connection and so many people using it would be faster at home. This place deserves a 0. upsHello yourbusiness is Wi-Fi and you have poor there. If I could rate a 0 that is what this store will get. Only interested in sales not hellokg customers. I wish thr district managet would co tact me. n

Made the mistake and went to a Verizon vendor instead of here first. The vendor was a horrible customer svc experience. We canceled everything with the vendor we went to this Verizon Direct location. I wish I rememberd the name of the girl that helped us. We didn't realize they were closing a little early due to short staffing but the girl that helped us went above and beyond. Her and her coworker stayed a bit longer so I would be able to get the upgraded phone I had been trying to get, and I use it for work so it was important. She was super friendly and helpful.

You can order internet through Verizon FiOS website if you need internet for home. If you need internet for cell phone, then you go to the store to purchase a smart phone with internet access. Hope this helps 😊

No, the closest store to Harrisburg is in Roxborough near Philadelphia, or Timonium Maryland. Alternatively you can call 1800verizon and they will send you a free box and shipping label.
Tell the Verizon rep you want to speak with the termination department and they will do everything possible to lower your bill and keep you for going to sprint
For Fios, you will have to mail it to the nearest location. Just call Customer Service and they will send you a box.
