Is the water warm enough in summer?

Depends on if you're from California or Alaska. Alaskans would say it's warm. Californians would disagree.

Well, that's pretty subjective - what's warm for us may not be warm for you, and vice versa. Personally, I don't think the water in these lakes is ever warm enough, but sure, it's better in the summer than the winter.
