Yeah, but best bang for your buck to stay at the park...check for groupons
Maui Sands and Great Wolf Lodge are also nearby and both have waterparks.
It's useless to stay anywhere else in all reality. Go midweek to avoid crowds. The hotel attached is super convienient and not too expensive. You get day passes by staying at the hotel anyway, so dollar and convenience say stay there.
Look for deals on Groupon. It won't be very convenient staying anywhere else.
Yes there are many hotels near by, however the is a very steep cost to enter the water park. I believe its somewhere around $40 per person depending on when you go. I believe the hotel provides for passes with each stay.
Get down there Saturday do stuff around town and get a hotel that's cheap. Then check into the hotel at the waterpark and go to the park on Sunday. The crowds are less and you can stay Monday till after 3
Yes, many hotels nearby. But take others advice if you're looking to save money. They have a groupon running all the time
Yes there is quite a few hotels outside of the water park...however if your intentions are to try and save a little money...you won't...the park passes are expensive...but they are included with room.
There's an attached hotel to the water park and then generally in Sandusky there are other hotels.
You can stay elsewhere closer by but then you'll have to pay for daily passes into the park and drive there. These are included when you start at Kalahari.
