Definitely, they have pools for the little ones. I took my 2 year old to Disney years back, we did it for us and her. It's for you to enjoy and for the child to see the pictures later in life, usually their brain starts remembering once they turn five or so. Go , you will enjoy it...
I would say absolutely!!!! We took our 2 year old granddaughter twice this summer she loved it besides if you stay over night it would be free 3 and under I'm not sure if you just pay for the day but you can always call and ask.... I cant be live people would say no....its memories you can never get back
Not really, I would say it's a 5+ area, since a lot of the stuff you have to be a certain height. Even the swimming pools
Personally I'd say it's not worth the money to take a 2 year old. All the rides require all riders to be 42" tall so you'd be just watching them play in one area that is meant for small children.
