I dont believe so. I know that boat access limits as the months get colder, the water surface changes, and the overall weather is more unstable in the area. Im not exactly sure when they stop boat tours but the website should be more specific.
The tours ended the last weekend in October. The tours run rain or shine - no refunds. You have to buy tickets in advance - but how far in advance you do so is up to you - but tours do sell out... You can buy tickets online. Some people in our tour bought them the night before, once the knew what the weather was going to be. Which leads to - now, I'm going to pique your interest - we went on Sat., 10/19 - it was a gorgeous, beautiful, blue, sunny day with moderate temperatures. The castle tour was wonderful. Afterwards, we walked the park that is about 100 yards from the dock on the mainland. We then went up and window-shopped Main Street in Beacon. We finished our day with dinner at Brothers Tratorria restaurant, which I would highly recommend.
Tours resume on May 1st.
I suggest checking out their website
