Each day has a different color tag for half price. Monday is half for heroes (firefighters, police, educators), Tuesday is seniors (55 and older), Wednesday half price for every one, Friday nights half for student ID. Not sure of the other days specials.
It just recently changed. Monday they pick a color and no many what the item is if it's the selected color it's a dollar. Tuesday 55 and up get everything half priced except red tags (which are as red as the carts). Wednesday everyone gets everything half priced except red tags. Thursdays students, teachers, and school workers get half off everything except red along as they have their badge. Friday active duty military, veterans, police, emts, firefighters, healthcare workers and clergy get everything half except red tags as long as they show their work badge. Saturday there are no sales and Sunday they are closed.
Tuesdays are 1/2 of all color tags but 1 for older folks. I think every day they have 1 color off for everyone. Some days like Tuesdays they have extraofffor different people around.
They have half off on Wednesday.
