Do the outside venders need a tax number to sell their items outside?

Need to find out if tax number is needed for outside vendors before I make the trip with my items. I was told that the inside vendors need one, so I wondered if it also applied to the outsiders? No, they do ask for a license for the outside vendors. However, to play it safe, it is super easy to get a license.

To avoid problems I'd bring my resale number. If you're outside I don't know.. They might not care. Inside we do. I'd call the office in the morning.
