Only service dogs are permitted
It is not a good idea. The only dogs that should be allowed are service dogs.
They ask for patrons to leave dogs at home. But we have seen small dogs in strollers in the past.

I think you can if it's in stroller. Alot of foods so you probably wouldn't want it just on a leash.
