Purchased a 2022 Ford Expedition. It was a special order back in February due to the lack of new vehicles on the lots and mine being totaled in an accident. From start to finish Roger Moreno was amazing. He provided me with updates throughout, from Ford accepting the order, to the vehicle being built and then on its way. He called me the moment he knew the vehicle had arrived, made arrangements for the opti-coating I wanted done and came in on his day off so that I could pick up the expedition. Tommy in financing is also amazing to deal with. He takes his time, explains everything so there is no surprises. This isn’t the first vehicle I bought from these gentlemen and it won’t be the last as long as they are in the business when I need the next one. Thanks Roger and Tommy.
