Would someone with arthritis, gets really hard to walk much of an incline or at long times. Would we be able to enjoy the beauty & see lots of sights

Wouldn't be an issue. Passenger drop off is right at the front door and so you can either walk in and see the view through the windows or take the fairly level walk to the side of the building for the open air deck.

I have the same type problems. I loved it. The walk on the sky walkway is extremely short, flat, and beautiful. I loved it.

Yeah, it's a pretty long drive, but you drive there not walk, the parking lot is almost level too if you were wondering :)
