You are allowed to walk your dog through the center. However, most shops will not allow them in, except it is extremely important, say a service animal. Even at that some restaurants still may not permit it for health concerns.
I don't think so in the actual stores, unless it's a service dog. I do see folks leash their dogs outside the Starbucks.
I can't say you can bring the dog in the stores unless it's a service animal, however, I'm sure you can walk thru it with your dog on a leash.
