Dont order any drones online with Best Buy. They will charge your card and will not send an invoice confirmation. If you try and order a DJI Drone on the phone beware. I would order from DJI directly. Nice people in Best Buy usually at the store's entrance but no aisle help. Not much inventory. Store personnel not really expert on products they are selling. I have never left a computer with the Geek Squad...they too expensive high and new desktops have sllot of maintenace software included. I would check a local computer repair shop. Back when desktops were popular 20 years ago when I use to go to Best Buy. Sales personnel at Best Buy took to long with 1 customer. They became a monopoly when the late Circuit City stores closed. When I go into the store in Bowie Maryland most personnel seem to be around the Customer Service Desk or the Geek Squad. Someone recently tried to sell me a drone that was discontinued by DJI. I don't think they knew the drone had been discontinued. So if you know what you're looking for thats your advantage. I buy my TV ftom Walmart or Target...better return policies..30 days. Best Buy 2 weeks return minimum. Wouldn't recommend buying a TV from Amazon lol... TV could fall off the truck on the way to your house.

Went there to simply purchase a phone, already knew what I wanted. Thought I'd be in and out. Employee told me I had to make an appointment. Then the employee talked to his manager, came back and told me to come back in 30 min. Strangest best buy experience I've ever had. Didn't think purchasing a phone would be this trivial.

Terrible service here. Seems like Best Buy has fallen off, since covid. I remember a time when as soon as you walked in, Representatives were immediately offering help. Not the case anymore. I was in the store for at least 45 minutes, not 1 person was available to help or offered any help. Luckily, I knew what I wanted and had time and patience to go and look for it on my own. At this point, it's probably better to just order online.

Your best bet is to check on their website, then order it. If they havr it in stock then it will be ready to be picked up in about an hour. If its not there then they should have it within a few days
