What a find? Spotted Teddy's while taking the slow way home from San Simeon. Great food and ambiance. You can tell they've really worked on their menu. Interesting items, great flavor! Will definitely make this a regular stop on future trips to the area.

My wife and I made our first visit to Teddy's for dinner and we are most pleased to report our complete satisfaction with the experience. Being new residence of the Carpinteria community we are making our rounds to evaluate the menu offerings around town. Teddy's gets high marks in every category. Their Fish & Chips is the best I have had in many a year. Dinning outdoors was a pure joy with attentive service helping to make our evening visit a memorable experience which will trigger our frequent return. Well done to the entire Teddy's crew!

Food was Okay & Delicious . Staff were Nice . But There was no Air-conditioning inside ! No Fans or ceiling fan. They could buy portable AC for 200 dollars or fans for 50 dollars So 1 Star ⭐ Imagine eating at a 90 or 100 degrees and sweating !

i was hoping to reserve a table for a few weeks from now. but it has to be outdoor seating... when i called, i was told you didn't do reservations unless it was a large party... is 10 not large enough? i'd really like to try your place out. Thanks

We've eaten there many times. But don't think they take reservations. If you can go early, you are certain to get a table. We went at 430pm on a Monday and it wasn't a problem at all. Well worth it!

We are staying at the Carpinteria Cottages on 7th St. How far to walk to Linden St or Teddy's by the Sea? Need to drive? What about Rincon Brewery..walk or drive? Thanks!

Absolutely.... probably 10min walk right through center of town... it's the walk you'll want to make.
