Unimpressive menu. Not worth the money. Our server was wonderful, but that's the extent of what was really good there. Food was dussapoointing. Fish overcooked. Bathrooms dirty and they have no seat covers for toilets. Everything was overpriced. I liked the corn and kale salad, the fried potatoes, and the green beans that came with my overcooked fish. Overall very disappointed

Highly recommend this classic spot!! The food was great ...home made bread too!! If you are in Carpenteria this is the place to go!!

So I was talking to the guys at work about where to go for lunch today. I'm always trying new (to me) places and I said I wanted pizza. One guy said go to Dom's. Huh? Dom's is a seafood place. He said go and try it. OK, I went, and pizza is on the menu, but it's a minor item. Instead I settled on the grilled fish sandwich for lunch. It sounded healthy. It didn't take long to come out and it was fantastic, but messy. That's right, it easily squeezed out of the bun and all over the plate. Next time I'll be careful but it was good. Be ware they do add a take out charge.

We ordered the special of a cream crab noodles dish and it was awful. The noodles were way overcooked the crab tasted like it came out of a can and way over seasoned with pepper. 2 minutes into the meal the whole noodle dish stuck together into one big blob we called the waitress over who could care less she never reported it to her manager or to the chef. We ordered some bread with it, which they charged us for, and the bread was stale so on a scale of 1 to 10 this was definitely a one.Food and service were horrible.
