It is a common occurance for fast food in general but more so for Jack Reason being are 1 their food is made to order thus better for you and longer prepare times 2 being one of the few if only 24 spots in lot of areas staffing has issues 3 frankly they just dont pay enuf resulting in staffing that's let's say a lil more less Inclined to care about speed as well as proper and safety This is coming from a former manager....aka ME
