If I could give negative stars, I would. Forget trying to call and speak to someone at this location, it took me three days waiting 45 minutes each day to get someone on the phone. I've had refills disappear, prescriptions completely disappear from my account, I've been overcharged, but the final straw was having the pharmacy CLOSE while I was waiting in the drive-through line - I was the fourth car! I ended up having to drive to Issaquah to fill my COVID prescription. I absolutely hope to never use this Walgreens ever again. Worst Customer SErvice ever.

Worst customer service ever. I would give a 0 star if I could. Ordered my refill online on 7/19, picking it up on 7/24 and it’s still not ready. This woman told me 20-30 minutes, and I checked back after 35 minutes and she said another 20-30 minutes after I waited more than half an hour ready. In her words “the store closes at 6pm, we will give it to you before the store close.” and I was here before 4:30pm. Great work to these pharmacists.

Actually 0 star!! (I can only give 1 star to leave this review!) This is my first goole review! and I was soooo angry to suggest everyone NOT go to this pharmacy ever !! and I will never go to this pharmacy again! We brought my 3yr kid to get covid vaccine, we just entered the room and my kid was so nervous so she was crying. We were just in the room less than "ONE" minute, the female young pharmacist just shout out "I can not do this! please leave this place" and opened the door ask us to OUT. She was so rude !!! I don't even want to take any time to argue with her about her impolite in front of my kid! I feel so sad about her attitude and worry about her career future.

Made appointment for vaccine at 9 am. Pharmacy opened late (around 15 minutes), and I waited for another 35 minutes after that and I am still waiting now to get my shot (no one else is here for shots, and there were 5 customers total, so not a super busy day). At check in, all the info I filled out online had to be redone, and they thought I was getting a different vaccine, which was concerning. I also saw them give a woman the wrong prescription even though name was totally different on the label, and she had to tell them it wasn’t for her. Yikes, does not inspire confidence that you will get the right medicine. Update: Got my shot after waiting 50 minutes—given by two interns. Afterwards, they put the bandaid about half an inch under the shot, so ended up bleeding all over my shirt sleeve 😢.
