I came through the drive thru with a moble app order. I was told that the order was not valid even though I had the confirmation email from Jack in the box with order number. After waiting 15 minutes in line the RUDE window lady was very RUDE and not helpful to help figure out what was the problem. May never go back to!

This is probably one of the worst Jack In The Boxes. The french fries and chicken are always overcooked and burnt. They are insanely slow. It takes forever to get your food even if there was no one else at the drive thru. And I found a long hair in my burger once. Disgusting. I'd rather drive an extra three miles out of my way than go back to this location.

It's the third time I go to this jack I place an order and they don't deliver what I order. Either something is missing or the food is cold or they deliver me a milkshake that is the complete opposite of what I order. (the one in the photo was supposed to be a strawberry one)
