If you can stay below posted speed limits, it should be safe.
Parking for the falls themselves does not involve cliffs or drop-offs. The falls can be viewed from the top viewing area. The loop trail around the falls involves a trail down and then back up, but it is all walking. Finally, the Park has lovely Lake Britton, with swimming, boating, bird-watching, fishing. The road to the Lake is no more than a mile, but it has a steep drop-off. There is a nice trail from the falls area to the lake if you would prefer to walk. Come visit!
Absolutely, road is very safe, people in the area drive with no hurry so you can drive at low speed if required.
