There are motels in Burney, less than 10 miles from the Park.

Burney does and down old 44 going towards Redding there is Hat Creek where there are cabins. Country store ,camp grounds ,day parking and amazing creek fishing.

The town of Burney is the closest I know that has hotels

I have stayed at Charm Motel and Suites right in the town of Burney Falls, it was fairly nice for the location. There are 3 or 4 places to choose from and all are pretty reasonably priced.
