we DO have repairs. you can drop it off and my tech can look at it and see what the issue is. There is a bench fee. On some M-Audio units, they power off of the USB cable. try this first. Second, they sometimes use a power supply (black wallwart).

If you want to get it repaired you will have to call cause i think only certain ones do repairs
