Trombones are definitely something they do buy!! Any musical instruments can be brought in, and an associate with patiently work with you on a price. They are usually pretty fair for what they will give, and the cash could easily be of better use to you than that old trombone! No need to deliberate, just take it to them and you'll have cash in pocket in minutes.

we DO have repairs. you can drop it off and my tech can look at it and see what the issue is. There is a bench fee. On some M-Audio units, they power off of the USB cable. try this first. Second, they sometimes use a power supply (black wallwart).

You should demand to see the manager. His/her role is to look out for everybody. From the employer, to the customer and everyone in between. If he/she dosen't seem to care, ask for corporate contact numbers. I know it may seem like a lot to ask, but take that energy and direct it where it can make a difference. Tell upper management your experience and trust me, they want to hear from you. The more details you can convey to them the better. Mark (below) makes a strong point about them likely to be musicians. That being said, I owned a video game store for 10 years and managed another 9 before that, and "sales is sales" Your there for a job first. It's a heckuva fringe benefit to love what you do. And to get paid doing such is fantastic. Buy without sales, what's the point of being there?

Hello. Our repair tech Andrew Waters takes it off site and can clean and lube it for you. Drop it off anytime and he can usually turn it around in less than a week.
