Parking lot is on 207 you can park there and bike in ck kiosk for map of the area
There's a few places to Park then ride your bike in. Try Barron road or Ridge road from the 17k side, or Weed road from the 207 side. Try downloading Strava so you can see what trails others have done and track your times.
Never heard of free rides. Check website for more info
