Lake is getting pretty gross looking, i think it needs tended to a little and cleaned up, other than that its great. Love renting the cabins for a weekend family outing! Great prices and very clean kept inside and out. Close to fishing and the beach, both.

Yes they have horse trailes, Dillion state park also has horse trailes.

They are making dam improvements so activities will be limited for the year.
The beach is currently open; but there is no water in the lake due to the spillway construction project. The construction project will not be complete this year.
Bobbi is correct. When I was there, several signs were posted about upcoming spillway repairs which would begin this fall. The bait store there did have info sheets. I'm not exactly when the repairs would be done but I do recall one info sheet stating 2018.
