Trails are good challenges. Friendly. Still a great place to stay. Been camping here a few years now, just really like it. Smaller & quieter than most.

This State Park is different or unique depending on how you look at it. There are different areas that aren't always connected by trails and sometimes separated by private property. Most of the parks areas are along the main entrance road. The park has well maintained trails, beautiful views, and a couple of small lakes.

Decent trails, super friendly staff. No shower facilities but I knew that ahead of time. I stayed in primitive site 60. Very clean and not overly crowded area. Stay clear of trail R until it receives some maintenance.

Family friendly! Clean campsites, large lots, and well shaded. RV campers here so it didn't matter for us, but as an FYI, the restrooms available are out house style. …
