To get a fresh one they start at 7 a clock in the morning and the first batch is usually done by 9 and then after that batch day wait a little while and then I put the second batch on that's done by 12:01 depending how long it takes them to prep it
If u want 1 chicken I'm sure you can get 1 like 11ish
