I was reading on the Parks website and it had a notification from November 2017 saying WATER OFF FOR WINTER. Is there currently running water or bathroom access for Campers ?

Yes. You should ca)l the park to find out when water will be back on for the sesson.

Not for sure. I usually just go for the trails.
