Got a text saying pizza was on its way. 45 minutes later it still hadn't arrived. Called the store they told me it was just coming out of the oven. The young man didn't really seem to to care that I hadn't received my pizza 45 after the text said it was on its way. I live maybe 3 minutes away. Very dissatisfied with his attitude. He blamed it on corporate and didn't even offer an apology.

Made an order 2 weeks ago, 2 items were missing. Was promised 8piece wing on my next call in order. Made order yesterday, again missing items. How hard is it to double check the order before it leaves the store. On going issue with this place, very inconvenient.

Not very happy right now. Asked for 2 garlic sauces, was charged for 3, received 1. Also my wife's pizza was to be thin crust and it came traditional. Not enough to bother for a refund but maybe not pipe out calls to foreign countries for your orders.

I've been ordering way to much papa johns since the outbreak and this store never disappoints! A few times I've had family who have difficult allergies and this store never bats an eye about having to accommodates us!We appreciate you taking the time to review us!
