they probably dont want to because they wash out their equipment at 8 o'clock and its the next shift's problem to get the cold brew ready for the next day - at 3am
I'm surprised management tells them to put anything in it at all. Have you ever tried to get a cold brew at 9:00pm? Every DD will tell you they are out. What? You can't make enough to last more than 12 hours when you are open for 24 hours?
