Just dropped off a package to be shipped and the man behind the counter couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I was in and out in two minutes.

I drop packages at this location sometimes, the gentleman behind counter is always helpful. If it’s your first time visiting and use warehouse Ln, keep driving forward after you pass Sams Club and bird bus, and bare Right at the end of the road, within 2 seconds you’ll see building 3 on your right hand side. Customer Service office is around the corner of building 3.

Update- The UPS driver came back and noticed his assistant delivered our package to the wrong building. He was very professional and polite and I appreciated his attempt to rectify the situation, rather then act as if nothing happened. I still did not give a 5 star because of previously missed packages, including one that I had to file a claim for. I got the Ring door camera just because of UPS. They need to really vet the people they hire. These people love to mark "package delivered" yet they steal the packages. Not only did they not come to my apartment, but the property management confirmed the truck hasn't even been on my street today. Thieves! Now to waste my time filing a claim.

With sensitive information in my package, I knew that there had to be a signature upon receiving it. My package was left at my door since the morning and could have been stolen. These drivers and delivery people are not responsible. As a courier service, measures must be taken to ensure material is received by the customer in the most appropriate and efficient manner. DROPPING OFF A PACKAGE THAT NEEDS A SIGNATURE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AT ALL.

Sorry you feel that way. FedEx doesn't service the volume we do. You can always request delivery confirmation for package safe guard.
Most of the time I get my packages on time. Very rarely they are delayed. If they are its usually only 1 day. The app doesn't lie its usually updated with current day info at end of each day. I never had a problem like that
