Yes, you have to pay. It's $10 a day or but a discover pass for $30 that's good for a year at all the all of the Washington State Parks

Yeah get the discover pass. You can buy them at most retailers including Wal-Mart or you can get it at any park with an on duty ranger.

Regarding the disabled placard, the park can be a bit of a challenge to people with disabilities. The parking spaces for one example ar up a hill.

No, not if you have a disabled placard. If not, than a discover pass or day pass are required.

A day pass is $10 a yearly pass is $30. If you are camping you do not need a day pass.

Yes. However the Discover Pass is definitely worth the $30 cost for a year of state park visits.
