It's 270 days per year not 170. You must also leave for 24 hours each month.
The park is private and member only or member guests. It is open year around. Members are allowed 170 days per calendar year on their site with 1 24 hour off your lot once every calendar month. Members with more than 1 lot can stay year around but must not exceed 170 per lot. Again this is a private camping club for members only. There is no mail or garbage service, no laundry service. The is a gated private recreational camping community with 24/7 security.
Yes! I stay there basically year round, if that includes the days you're not allowed, since you can only stay 200 something days out of the year
