Depends on what day you go. If there is an event at Staples Center or the Microsoft Center, the nearby garages are more expensive, up to 30 bucks. Its cheaper on "off-days"

Most establishments will validate, parking located in the garage on Chick Hern St. is $30 Max.
They do does validate for about 2 hrs, max is $25. There is parking down the st if your planning to stay longer,they may charge up to 10-15.
That can vary on the time of entry. We saw maximum amounts of $25 near by.
