No there is construction everywhere
Their is a brief, but very steep section of the sidewalk, 15% grade, for about 30 feet, downhill going to MOD. So: if you take the north side sidewalk on 128th St, then cross it when you get to Totem Lake Blvd, taking the east side sidewalk on Totem Lake Blvd, it is when you get to the auto parts store that the sidewalk is very steep and curved, as you roll down the curve to get to the sidewalk-to-parking lot ramp, if your chair cannot control its speed on this steep, 15% grade, curved section, about 30 feet, you will roll off a curb and tip over in the street. The rest is very navigatable all sidewalks, four crossings total, three at traffic light controlled crosswalks.
No it's not a good choice.
