I went in just to inquire about some stitching coming apart on some brand new shoes, and to my surprise they took them right in and had them done 30 minutes later! I had twice negative experience with the owner and lady assistant in this store. I think they tried to rip off the pay. I took a back pack today to try to fix the stitch the stripes on the back. It may take couple of minutes to fix each side. But the guy (owner) said $14 per each!! Plus tax would be $32 or $33 !! To stitch both sides! The back pack only cost $16.99. I am not going back to this store in my entire life! I said ok then, forget it. The owner said right back to me, ok forget you! I said you are rediculous!! Then left with my son. I recommend you are going to this store if you are minority, they are very money driven people and not kind or friendly at all!! This was a rip off!!
