Lazy staff. Jessica was rude, had to walk to the register to ask for help. Makes no sense to refuse a sale due to a mannequin lol. I wanted an item off a mannequin and I even offered myself to help and get it off.. still a NOPE. I work in retail and have for years and not taking something off a mannequin for a customer when it's a guaranteed sale is the stupidest thing I've ever heard.
