This property here has the most kindness and friendly staff.years ago I was visiting Vacaville city and I needed some Important documents email the staff took care of me in minutes but the costumer services was excellent and that UPS stood out from any other property. Later Years in 2019 my family moved to vacaville and immediately when I walk into that ups remember the same staff that help me and still that outstanding costumer services the faces of that property and services I wish we had in other business they ROCK and very fast and knowledgeable I will continue to service that store. Thank you for your outstanding Service.

This is only UPS that works on Saturday and Sunday in Vacaville. I needed urgently ship some boxes and it was time dated to avoid fines. It was Sunday. I was happy that this place was working on Sunday. I was surprised that this UPS is open.Thank you Nha and all of you guys at UPS for your service!!!

Every time I go in, the staff is welcoming, friendly, fast, and efficient! Today, Sammy went above and beyond on a super heavy package that I had to ship out! Not only did she do an outstanding job packaging, but she went well above and beyond when I had to come back and fix an error I made. Despite the inconvenience, she was all smiles as always! She really saved the day! I highly recommend this particular store and staff for your shipping needs.

You won't find a better customer experience at a UPS store. Nha runs a very tight ship and his staff strives to exceed your expectations every time. I didn't think coming to a postal store would be something to write home about but it's a joy visiting this store. Super fast, efficient, and my needs are always met with a smile.
