Where would I be able to park? And would parking cost money? I’m on a tight budget and trying to bus up to Seattle Washington

A better option would be to leave your car at home or a park and ride and take a bus or the max to get there, street parking which does cost and has a max time limit is the only option.

U would have to find a parking garage and pay that or if u have anyone close but u know, u could park there but literally it pulls up on the side of the road there is no defined sign or anything so I don't believe there is any parking
