Where does the Bolt bus stop in Portland? Is there a good connection to PDX from the stop?

It's located on the corner of NW Everett in between 8th and Broadway. It's random, there is no shelter from the elements just alot of people waiting.

Bolt bus has 2 stops one by pcc and one right near people's park downtown
