For a Valentine's Day, do you have to make reservations or a simple walk in will do?

Last year we went to the Chicago location on Valentine's day and waited one hour and a half to be seated. Any restaurant on that special day will be packed.

Honestly, I would try and make reservations. That place always has a long line of people waiting. Probably even more on Valentine's day.
