I really used to love the old Jimmy’s. By far, my favorite pizza place in Chicago. The new location is beautiful inside, but the pizza was served almost burnt and so hard. I will give them another chance at the new location, but I agree with everybody who said the quality has declined. I wonder if they are using different ingredients or maybe a new oven. Just does not taste the same. I went with my mother and I also noticed our slices were also completely different sizes. They used to make the slices more equal in size. I also think too many things maybe on the new menu and not enough focus on the pizza. I do hope things get better.

Love this spot! I'm not sure why folks are saying they are being ignored when they come in, as there are signs directing you where to get in line and order at the register. It's counter service, so just hop in line and start checking out the selection and menu! The staff was very helpful and conversational. Lots of great local beers on draft! Try the NY burrata slice! Better yet, get the Detroit style burrata slice they do on Friday & Saturday evenings! 👍👍

I ordered delivery and the pizza was waaaay overdone. Cheese was actually hard and crusty, like I was eating cardboard. Ordered the BNW, flavors great, but spent $60 in delivery for a pizza, salad and wings, and could only eat 1 piece of the pizza. (And I never write reviews but this was unfortunate).

The best New York Slice in Chicago. Love coming here for a slice or takeout. Gotta try the white pizza
