I usually reserve and pay to park at one of the SP+ garages (pay ahead online - wayyy cheaper) and then walk around to Lou Malnati's and other places
Parkingg can be challenging but we have always been within a couple blocks. Sundays are the easiest. And it's so worth it!
Only a few street parking spots I saw, but public parking garages were nearby.
