We had a bad food experience, but it was our only bad experience from here, and I have been coming here for 20 years. Nothing made us sick but the deep dish was just really thin and kinda burnt. However, Devon (I hope I spelled that right) was very kind and understanding and we worked something out. Great customer service. Maybe we just got a flop pizza but it’s definitely better to just go and eat at the Pizanos dine-in restaurants.

Disappointed. I was truly looking for a good pizza in the area but my taste buds just didn’t take a liking to either the sausage or mushroom flavor on our pizza, unfortunately. My family agreed as half the pizza was left untouched, which is rare for us being big pizza lovers.

Large thin pizza was terrible horrible flavor Never again If picking up then you have to wait outside and its given to you through a window Definitely not the same product has the other downtown locations. 800 n Dearborn is not the same

Absolutely horrible!!! Don’t go there, horrible service for a mediocre pizza! Even though website says dine in and the door was open, we were rudely kicked out and had to wait outside but he freezing cold. When we asked for our money back the guy refused.
