I believe it's the woman who owns the place, but she is extremely rude and her people skills are unbelievably horrible!! They were apparently here to pick me up and I had went to the wic office right behind Brightview so I could verify my appointment with them, meanwhile the driver stepped into Brightview and asked for me and was then told that I had left so unfortunately they left!! Any other time when im not ready, they want to show up and proceed to wait on me but when I get into the vehicle they are mad because of it taking so long but yet they came and i never called to let them know that I was ready!!! Now they are refusing to come pick me up to take me home!!!
