When arriving for my train to DC, do I need to be dropped on the East or West side of the Street to get to the Metropolitan Lounge. On the West side is there an elevator?

There is an elevator, just keep your eyes open. Either side of the street and you can get there.

Sorry I don't have any direction idea for you. We used redcap and they took us from arriving Capitol Limited directly to lounge. Then to departing Southwest Chief. Have a good trip.
