Just north of the Art Museum and War Memorial there is outdoor parking also for $7.00. There is a northeast corner museum entrance very close to this lot as well.
Parking in the museum is an hourly rate, but if you're a member you can buy a parking pass for $25 for five visits.
You can park on the street for 2 hours at a time. Also, across the street is one for $7 if you are in early enough.

Yes. They have a covered parking lot that you will need to pay to park in. If you don't mind walking a little there are metered spots on the street. 2 hour limit so you will need to refill if you plan to be gone longer. Parking enforcement will write citations for expired meters. There are several structures nearby as well.
