Yes! You can take beautiful pictures at the Villa Terrace. If you want to have access to the garden, then yes, you have to pay the admission. Its worth it. Enjoy it! It a beautiful place.
The catered food is for private rentals or public events (occasionally, example: exhibition opening receptions, holiday parties hosted by the museum, etc.) The Villa Terrace does not have food available during their regular public hours.
Many people park along N terrace ave. There is 1 hr and 3 hr street parking close by.
